Who We Are

Tyler Phelps has been very active and involved in the Real Estate Broker & Salesperson roles for over five years throughout Connecticut as well as parts of Massachusetts. He has consulted, serviced, and helped over 400 families buy or sell homes totally over 100M in Real Estate volume sold. He has experience from all angles in the Real Estate industry as he entered in 2016 and quickly interviewed many brokerages landing at KW. From there he joined their #1 team and hit the ground running. Within a year he migrated into an 'individual agent' and began to break many milestones and achievements within the 430+ agent office. He now runs Phelps Realty Group which is a brokerage identity within Keller Williams Realty. With having over 24+ agents over the years and 5+ full time admin & staff of his own he quickly realized that coaching, teaching, and mentoring Realtors to achieve high levels of success has become the true passion.

Giving before you get  —  an amazing philosophy Tyler has truly adopted. He faithfully engulfs himself in the industry on the local, regional, and national levels. He currently serves as a member of the 'Agent Leadership Council' which is made up of the top 20% of his office and serves as the 'board of directors' whose initiative is to inspire, motivate, participate, and listen by setting policies and standards. He is an active member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and has spoken on many panels throughout the states of CT, MA, FL, and TX. He continues to actively attend or be involved in multi-brokerage and regional seminars as well as the National Association of Realtors' Annual Conferences.

He takes pride in being born and raised in Connecticut and has worked or lived in many towns from Greenwich up to Putnam and has successfully closed multiple real estate deals in all 8 counties CT is home to. His experience grows everyday and he cannot wait to share it with all of you.
